Bismuth ingot is a silvery white metal with a rose color and metallic luster. Its density is 9.78g/cm3, its melting point is 271.50℃, and its boiling point is 1,564℃.

It does not react with oxygen or water at room temperature and is stable in the air.

Product application:

Bismuth ingots are used to prepare fusible alloys. Bismuth can be prepared with antimony, cadmium, indium, gallium, tin, titanium and other metals to form fusible alloy series. The melting point of the alloy is generally below 200℃;

   Bismuth can significantly improve the processing properties of materials by adding a small amount of bismuth to steel, iron, aluminum and bronze;

   Bismuth ingots can be used to make bismuth oxide and bismuth salts;

   Bismuth chemicals are widely used in semiconductors, superconductors, flame retardants, catalysts, pigments, cosmetics, chemical reagents, electroplating, batteries and other aspects.

Storage:

  Store in a cool and dry place in a sealed container. If it is a vacuum-sealed product, it should be used as soon as possible after opening the package. If there is any remaining product, it should be vacuum-sealed again to avoid oxidation or moisture absorption that affects product performance.
