1. "Lead-free alloy fusion" and "casting"
"Lead-free alloy fusion" refers to the process of putting pure tin ingots into a tin furnace container for dissolution and making the required lead-free tin bars. In actual operation, "casting" refers to pouring the fused lead-free alloy into a tin cylindrical mold. The length and thickness of the "tin cylinder" depends on the condition of the press entrance, and it is based on the convenience of being placed in the extruder for extrusion.
2. Lead-free extrusion
In the entire production process of lead-free solder wire, the extrusion process is defined as a special process because in the entire production process, extrusion is a key link that connects the previous and the next. If there are defects or hidden dangers during extrusion, it will directly lead to defects in the solder wire products, and the existence of such hidden dangers is often impossible to make up for in the subsequent wire drawing process, and sometimes it is even impossible to find. Therefore, in order to ensure the production of high-quality products, it is very necessary to control the extrusion process.
3. Lead-free wire drawing
In general lead-free tin wire production lines, three to four wire drawing machines are usually configured after the extruder; the first wire drawing machine is also called the big drawing or the first drawing. The diameter of the tin wire entering the die is about 9mm-10mm, which is consistent with the wire diameter of the extruder. When the first drawing is completed, it can reach 5mm. The wire drawing range of the second drawing position is from 5mm to 2mm, and the wire drawing range of the third drawing position can be from 2mm to 1mm.
4. Lead-free winding
The traditional hand winding in the early days has been replaced by the automatic winding machine. The winding is smooth and the number of turns can be counted in the operation of the automatic winding machine, and the production speed has also increased by leaps and bounds. Sometimes the winding may be uneven. The main reason for the uneven winding is that the winding machine shaft is uneven or the edge of the tin wire shaft is uneven. When the tin wire is wound around the edge of the spool, it is bounced back a long distance due to the high speed, thus causing a groove at the side of the shaft.
